In the event of a claim FSM General Insurance are able to assist through the claims process.
The steps are:
- Notify us of the circumstances of your claim or potential claim as soon as possible. Use the Online Claims for on the right or if you prefer, by email or phone.
- We will either send a claim form or if more appropriate advise the direct claims number to allow you to lodge the claim immediately.
- Send all claims documents to us including quotes, invoices, photos, receipts
- We will monitor the progress of your claim to ensure it is processed professionally and assist with any issues or concerns.
